About Cosun Beet Company
The ambition of Cosun Beet Company is to be the greenest, most innovative and most successful sugar beet processor in the world. With some 850 employees, we are already one of the most efficient sugar producers in Europe. As well as developing, producing and selling sugar and sugar specialities, we process all parts of the sugar beet into natural ingredients for the food, energy, biobased and related industries. Your Challenge
As the Pricing Manager, you will lead and drive the pricing strategy that propels the success of our organization. Reporting directly to the CCO and collaborate with the commercial management team and commercial team, you will guide our pricing, acting as a strategic partner and ensuring the company maximizes its value in the market. Your expertise will shape competitive and impactful pricing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and expertise in pricing optimization, influencing key stakeholders and driving pricing strategies across organizational boundaries
Strategic Collaboration: Engage with the management team and commercial team to develop, refine, and implement pricing strategies.
Execution: Deliver pricing strategies that enhance profitability and market value.
Target Setting: Establish pricing targets and manage communications related to price adjustments.
Long-term Planning: Develop strategic pricing frameworks for complex products and services.
Cross-functional Coordination: Lead pricing initiatives across departments for seamless strategy implementation.
Best Practices: Define and promote best-in-class pricing processes within the organization.
What are you taking with you?
Your Qualifications
A completed MBA or equivalent master's degree;
Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing roles, demonstrating success in strategic planning and change management.
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives, implement processes, and achieve measurable results.
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies (e.g., benefit/value maps, discount frameworks, deal waterfalls, volume impact analyses).
Strong leadership and communication skills to drive alignment and motivate teams.
Industry experience in agro-related, food-processing, ingredients or similar is a plus.
What We Offer
A salary ranging from €6,000 to €9,130 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on knowledge and experience);
Excellent pension scheme with very low employee contributions (resulting in a favorable gross-to-net ratio);
Year-end bonus of 8.33%;
25 vacation days (based on a 40-hour workweek);
23 additional leave days (ADV) which you can take or partially cash out;

Procedure
- Getting to know you
If you are a good fit for the vacancy, the HR Specialist Recruitment will contact you. This is to get an initial impression and to answer any questions from both sides.
- The first conversation
During the first interview you will come into contact with your potential future manager and of course someone from HR will be present to get to know you better as a person.
- Case
A case may be part of the procedure. This will look at how you would deal with certain practical situations. Often the case can be made from home and sometimes you make the case before the start of the 2nd interview on location.
- The second conversation
How good you are still in the procedure! During this conversation we will go into more detail. In addition, these people also want to get to know you a little better, so that we know for sure that we have a good match.
