As an Key Account Manager Benelux market, you play a key role in expanding our A-accounts and generating large turnover. You will be given the freedom and responsibility to operate independently and demonstrate your entrepreneurship.

For our Central Office in Dinteloord, we are looking for an:

 

Key Account manager

 

What will you be doing?

  • You are responsible for the B2B sales of sugar (standard granulated sugar & sugar specialties) to your own customer portfolio, spread across different sectors and markets. To this end, you work in a multidisciplinary manner with your account, and work closely with the Purchasing, Logistics and Quality departments;

  • Drawing up account plans and supervising the entire sales process, from the first contact and quotation stage to negotiations and after-sales activities;

  • Maintaining the sales planning / forecast in SAP as well as processing customer data in the CRM system;

  • Identifying trends and opportunities and responding adequately to market developments;

  • Participate in processes improvement projects for the optimization of sales processes and/or the realization of objectives;

  • Promoting the Cosun Beet Company's ambitions in the field of innovation and sustainability.

  • You report to the Manager Sales Industry Benelux. Your team, consisting of 1 Sales Manager, 4 Account Managers and 2 Customers Service employees.

Wat neem je mee?

What are we looking for?

  • An HBO or University degree working and thinking level (for example in the direction of Commercial Economics, Food Technology, International Business);

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an international B2B environment;

  • You are a natural networker who sees opportunities and takes advantage of them;

  • You are self-confident, down to earth and a natural people person;

  • Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English and preferably German;

  • Willingness to (international) travel (>20%);

Procedure
  1. Je leren kennen

    Indien je goed aansluit op de vacature neemt de HR Specialist Recruitment contact met je op. Dit om alvast een eerste beeld te krijgen en mogelijke vragen van weerszijde beantwoord te krijgen.

  2. Het eerste gesprek

    In het eerste gesprek kom je in contact met jouw mogelijk toekomstige manager en uiteraard is er iemand van HR aanwezig om je als persoon wat beter te leren kennen.

  3. Case

    Mogelijk is een case onderdeel van de procedure. Hierin wordt er gekeken hoe je met bepaalde praktijksituaties om zou gaan. Vaak kan de case vanuit huis worden gemaakt en soms maak je de case voor aanvang van het 2e gesprek op locatie.

  4. Het tweede gesprek

    Wat goed je bent nog in de procedure! Tijdens dit gesprek gaan we nog wat dieper op de zaken in. Daarnaast willen ook deze personen je nog wat beter leren kennen, zodat we zeker weten dat we een mooie match hebben.
